Aiming to empower and create independance, to make healthy life choices, and reduce their risks and the burdens of chronic illness. Creating independant healthy lifestyle choices.
We provide information on the benefits of applying six key health foundations as well as tips and recommendations on how to implement these.
Our Workshops are designed to be highly interactive and fun in order to provide the best opportunity for participants to absorb and apply the information.

6 KEY HEALTH PRINCIPLES
PRINCIPLE 1: SLEEP
Sleep has been scientifically proven to improve the immune system, memory, moods, our stress levels social interactions, body health and weight.

Sleep also plays a large role in our mental wellbeing and daily functioning. The Australian sleep foundation has found that inadequate sleep is quite common, affecting 33-45% of Australian adults.
