The Happy Bodies program at Bright Lives is an engaging and comprehensive experience designed to instil healthy habits and promote a holistic understanding of well-being in kids.

 

Through a combination of interactive activities, educational resources, and expert guidance, children explore various aspects of health, including nutrition, physical fitness, emotional well-being, and self-care.

 

The program empowers kids to make informed choices, develop positive habits, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for their overall health and happiness.

We provide the information to the kids in a fun and friendly group setting online. We share with them the foundations of health so that they can have a greater understanding of how their bodies work, lots of tips and tricks and how to apply them.
