Friends and Feelings Program

Service Description

Make friends, learn new skills, and develop self-confidence with the Friends and Feelings Program from Bright Lives. This program focuses on emotions, feelings, and friendships, helping children to build their emotional and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Through activities, games, and discussions, children have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of their feelings and relationships with the people around them. This program is $85 per session, the initial session will be $145 - this includes the workbook and Journal post to you home.
