PROVIDE FIRST AID

Online First Aid Course designed for people with disability.  Weekly lessons  fully supported by our Qualified support workers. 

Brightlives is excited to offer the First Aid certificate (Nationally Accredited) to anyone who is an NDIS Participant and would really love to learn how to help someone that may be injured or need emergency first aid.

 

Our qualified staff have adapted the material to be delivered in a fully supported online small group environment, over 12weeks Plus an online Assessment.  Each week there is a 2-hour live online session delivered via zoom.  

WHATS INCLUDED

  • 12 Weekly Online Face to face sessions

  • Access to the recorded session, to watch back anytime

  • Pre assessment session 

  • Fully supported Final assessment

A first Kit will be sent out just prior to commencement of the program, Kit will include

1 x inflatable Annie Doll

1x Training Epi-pen,

1x Baby Doll

1x Training AED

1x Triangular bandage - (for the client to Keep)

1x Snake bandage. - (for Client to Keep)

These Items will be sent with a Return postage bag. Items not sent back within a month of completion of the program will be invoiced, for replacement expenses.

Cost for replacemnt - Annie Doll ($60), Training Epipen ($20), Baby Doll ($20), AED ($50).

Our First Aid Class can be funded under either Capacity Building or Core Funding. Please speak with our amazing team to organise the correct funding for your plan.
