Bright Lives provides comprehensive continence assessments conducted by a Clinical Nurse Consultant. These Brightlives continence assessments explore the medical, developmental and sensory factors that may be contributing to continence challenges.

Each continence assessment includes a detailed clinical report, continence product recommendations and practical management strategies that can support NDIS funding applications and long-term continence care.

  • Comprehensive NDIS continence assessment

  • Detailed NDIS report and recommendations

  • Continence product guidance

  • Practical strategies for home and care teams

Continence Consultations

For families, clients and support coordinators seeking guidance without a full assessment, Bright Lives offers one-on-one continence consultations. These sessions provide practical advice on toileting strategies, continence products, hygiene management and everyday continence challenges. These can be in addition to a Brightlives continence assessment, or as a substitute to a continence assessment.

Consultations are delivered via telehealth, making specialist continence support accessible across Australia.

  • One-on-one continence consultation
  • Practical toileting strategies
  • Product and hygiene guidance
  • Telehealth appointments across Australia

An NDIS Continence Assessment is a specialised evaluation designed to support individuals with disabilities who may experience challenges with bladder and bowel control. Our continence assessments are conducted by a qualified Continence Nurse.  This continence assessment identifies a person’s unique continence needs and provides tailored strategies and recommendations to improve their quality of life.
